NorthPoint is a real estate developer that combines entrepreneurial spirit with team empowerment. We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team and help maintain our communities with a focus on safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll troubleshoot repairs across plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical, perform maintenance on interior and exterior areas, and ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations. A valid license and EPA HVAC certification are required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required or related experience.
• EPA Universal HVAC certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle resident service requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical.
• Comply with OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Maintain interior and exterior of the community.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws nationally/local.
• Perform other duties as needed.
