Job summary

Elmington Living seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our Nashville properties. The role involves diagnosing and repairing appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks across 70+ communities.

You will communicate with residents, complete service requests promptly, and ensure vacant unit turns meet Elmington's high standards. Minimum two years of maintenance experience is required, with EPA 608 or HVAC certification.

Qualifications

• Two years of property maintenance experience required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification must be held or obtained within 60 days.
• HVAC certification or EPA 608 is essential for refrigerant work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of the property and surrounding areas.
• Respond to service requests promptly and accurately.
• Repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Communicate clearly with residents and colleagues; uphold Elmington standards.
