Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residents at our properties with reliable, friendly service. You’ll own the role, handle service requests, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as HVAC, plumbing, painting, etc.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
