Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its multifamily team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance and related trades, with opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and a positive attitude required.
• Professional appearance and reliability are essential.
• Driver's license with access to a car is needed.
• EPA certification and CPO are preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, or related trades is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and carpentry as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, friendly manner.
