Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to own on-site responsibilities, assist residents, and maintain properties to high standards. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment in North Carolina.

You will perform HVAC, painting, plumbing, drywall, and related tasks, with supported certifications, a strong benefits package, and a culture that values employees and service excellence.

Qualifications

• EPA or CPO certification a plus
• Must have valid Driver’s License

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• Learn HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, drywall, carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
