Qualifications

• HVAC, painting, plumbing and related trades are preferred.
• Pool maintenance, grounds work, drywall and carpentry knowledge a plus.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with excellent customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on-site and in interactions with residents.
