Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Colorado Springs properties. You will own your role, service residents, and complete work orders for HVAC, plumbing, painting, and related tasks, with opportunities to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing.
• Must be able to service resident requests and maintain a positive attitude.

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
