Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Service Technician to own and manage on-site property services, delivering top-tier resident support with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will handle maintenance requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, pool and grounds, while embracing a culture of ongoing learning and career growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in or willingness to learn HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical work.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
• Learn and apply skills in HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance and grounds.
• Contribute to a best-in-class environment with supportive leadership.
