Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our properties and keep residents happy. You’ll handle maintenance requests, perform HVAC, plumbing, painting and related tasks, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• Own your role at the property and deliver great customer service.
• Experience with or a desire to learn HVAC, painting, plumbing and related trades.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serving residents with excellent customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests promptly.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic trades like drywall, carpentry and pool/grounds tasks.
