Job summary

TitanCorp is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across our community properties and provide exceptional service to residents and prospects. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, and the ability to manage a maintenance team effectively.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years Lead Maintenance Technician experience desired.
• Proficient in heating and air-conditioning, plumbing, appliance repair and related tasks.
• Ability to read service requests, hazard warnings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Must pass drug screen and agility test and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide proper maintenance for the community and uphold safety standards.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours and manage on-call duties.
• Maintain pool, deck areas, and amenity spaces; monitor chemicals and cleanliness.
• Hire, develop, and supervise onsite maintenance staff; manage budgets for maintenance.
• Schedule employees to minimize overtime while ensuring service levels.
• Communicate with Community Director about leaves and incidents.
• Keep maintenance shop stocked, organized, and compliant with regulations.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical panels, and appliance schematics.
