Job summary

TitanCorp is seeking a Service (Punch) Technician to preserve and maintain community facilities and grounds, ensuring safety and aesthetics for residents and prospective residents. The role requires wearing a uniform with ID, and on-site duties may include after-hours calls.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, performing preventive maintenance, handling heavy loads, and assisting with various building repairs while maintaining professional resident relations.

Qualifications

• Must be people oriented with strong organizational and make-ready skills.
• Must have a sense of pride about a job well done, be courteous and tactful, and have a commitment to quality work.
• Must be capable of working with little or no supervision.
• One year in a maintenance position at an apartment community or related position.
• Must be able to use Freon recovery machinery, air conditioning gauges and vacuum pumps.
• Must have EPA Certification - Type I and II preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete the “make ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by inspecting work and obtaining supplies.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks and provide prompt service to residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform on-call duty for emergencies or assigned tasks.
• Lift, carry, and install heavy equipment and components as required.
• Maintain clean and neat uniform and appearance.
