Job summary

Post-Road-Management-2 is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to uphold quality living spaces at STRAFORD EAST in Wichita, KS. The role involves hands-on carpentry, electrical/plumbing fixes, and occasional HVAC work with a focus on responsive problem-solving.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in property maintenance, strong communication, and a readiness to participate in a rotating after-hours schedule; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in property maintenance.
HVAC experience preferred.
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

Perform drywall repairs, cabinet and countertop replacements, finish carpentry, glass and window repairs, lock and door servicing, and tile repairs.
Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, flooring, painting, and non-licensed HVAC tasks.
Assist with work orders, unit repaints, re-carpeting, and apartment turnovers.
Conduct routine property and apartment inspections and report needs.
Participate in rotating after-hours emergency maintenance schedule.
Track, prioritize, and complete work orders with timely communications.
