Job summary

Post Road Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pennsylvania. The role covers hands-on maintenance, repairs, and turnover support for resident living spaces.

The candidate will perform carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks as needed, while coordinating with the property manager and vendors. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in property maintenance; HVAC experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work overhead for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Location: PA—ability to reliably commute or relocate to PA.

Responsibilities

• General Carpentry: drywall repairs, cabinet/ countertop replacements, trim work, window repairs, door servicing, tile repairs.
• Maintenance & Repairs: electrical, plumbing, appliances troubleshooting, flooring, painting, HVAC (non-licensed).
• Turnover & Project Support: assist with work orders, unit repaints, re-carpeting, apartment turnovers.
• Property Inspections: conduct routine property and apartment inspections and report needs.
• Emergency Response: participate in rotating after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Preventive Maintenance: perform scheduled maintenance to ensure system longevity and safety.
• Stakeholder Interaction: maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, and city officials.
• Work Order Management: track, prioritize and complete work orders; inform relevant parties.
• Communication: maintain timely communication with property manager and respond to emails.
