Post-Road-Management-2 is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to uphold quality living spaces at STRAFORD EAST in Wichita, KS. The role involves hands-on carpentry, electrical/plumbing fixes, and occasional HVAC work with a focus on responsive problem-solving.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in property maintenance, strong communication, and a readiness to participate in a rotating after-hours schedule; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in property maintenance.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs, cabinet and countertop replacements, finish carpentry, glass and window repairs, lock and door servicing, and tile repairs.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, flooring, painting, and non-licensed HVAC tasks.
• Assist with work orders, unit repaints, re-carpeting, and apartment turnovers.
• Conduct routine property and apartment inspections and report needs.
• Participate in rotating after-hours emergency maintenance schedule.
• Track, prioritize, and complete work orders with timely communications.
