Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections and report needs.
• Participate in after-hours emergency maintenance on a rotating basis.
• Perform preventive maintenance on property systems.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and city officials.
• Track and close work orders and keep stakeholders informed.
