Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, managing contractors, inspecting grounds, snow removal, and keeping records. On-call after hours emergencies may be required. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining property grounds and common areas.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor expenses and ensure they stay below budget.
• Perform inspections of community grounds each morning.
• Handle maintenance, cleaning, and painting for vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and perform preventative maintenance.
• Snow removal and landscaping tasks; maintain records and tools.
