Job summary

Justus Property Management is seeking a reliable maintenance technician to manage on-site tasks at our residential properties in Indiana. You will oversee maintenance, cleaning, and painting, perform routine inspections, respond to resident requests, supervise contractors, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the community.

The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, on-call availability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies is required.
• Ability to interpret instructions and solve problems with minimal direction.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform outdoor duties in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and painting across properties.
• Perform daily inspections and complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain landscaping, snow removal, and general grounds care.
• Supervise contractors and ensure tools/parts are kept in good condition.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and safety compliance.
• Handle after-hours emergencies as needed.
