Responsibilities

• Monitor expenses and ensure below budget.
• Perform daily inspections of community grounds.
• Handle maintenance, cleaning, and painting for vacant units during turn.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain landscaping and snow removal; log weather and snow removal efforts.
• Keep records of maintenance in all units and site; ensure tools and parts are in working condition.
