Job summary

Justus-Property-Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of multiple properties. You will perform maintenance, cleaning, and painting, ensure resident satisfaction, and present a professional image at all times.

Daily duties include inspecting grounds, handling unit turnovers, and coordinating with contractors. You will manage landscaping and snow removal, maintain records, and be on-call for after-hours emergencies as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform maintenance, cleaning, and painting tasks.
• Must have valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and painting of the property.
• Achieve resident satisfaction through service and professional presentation.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turn of vacant units (maintenance, cleaning, painting).
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and perform preventative tasks.
• Maintain landscaping, snow removal, and logs of activities.
• Supervise contractors and ensure tools/equipment are in good condition.
• Keep records of maintenance performed and respond to emergencies as needed.
