Job summary

Justus-Property-Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Indiana to perform maintenance, cleaning, and painting at our properties while delivering excellent resident service.

You will manage routines, coordinate with contractors, handle after-hours emergencies, and help keep grounds, equipment, and records in good order. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Ability to be on-call for after-hour emergencies.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, cleaning and painting of property.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and respond to service requests.
• Inspect grounds daily and perform turn of vacant units.
• Complete preventative maintenance and log activities.
• Maintain tools and equipment; on-call emergencies after hours.
• Supervise contractors and manage site records.
• Snow removal and landscape upkeep.
