Responsibilities include inspecting grounds, completing turns on vacant units, performing preventative maintenance, managing tools, supervising contractors, and handling after-hour emergencies to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks including grounds, cleaning and painting as needed.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies and to work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the maintenance, cleaning, and painting components of the property.
• Achieve resident satisfaction through customer service to attain higher retention.
• Inspect grounds each morning and complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform turn (maintenance, cleaning, painting) of all vacant units.
• Maintain all company tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
