ZRS Management LLC in Sanford, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, reliable service to residents, working with the Maintenance Supervisor and reporting to the Property Manager. This full-time role focuses on preventive maintenance and timely apartment turnovers.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repair, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work on-call hours.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.
• Willing to work on-call hours.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.).
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues.
• Support preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain inventory by logging new tools and equipment.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and observe safety rules.
