Job summary

ZRS Management in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional service to residents, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. You will perform skilled repairs and preventive tasks to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs, apartment turnover, common area upkeep, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Turnover maintenance for apartments within 3–5 business days, including installing blinds, changing filters, bulbs, drip pans, door stoppers, caulking and related tasks.
• Maintain common areas: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Assist in preventive maintenance program for assigned areas.
• Ensure safe condition of equipment and structures in their scope.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.
