Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, and to handle apartment turnover within 3–5 business days.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor, support preventive maintenance, safety, and resident communication, with on-call rotation and a full benefits package including health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match and housing discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Turnover maintenance of apartments within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Common area maintenance (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, windows).
• Monitor exterior building issues and assist preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain inventory of tools and ensure safe conditions of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with residents and work cooperatively in a team.
• Be available for on-call hours.
