Horizon Realty Advisors LLC in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support all aspects of the property's maintenance, appearance, and service needs under the Maintenance Supervisor. The role handles service requests, preventative maintenance, capital projects, and apartment turnover to keep the property safe, functional, and well-maintained.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1-2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance or related role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• HVAC I and II Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Technician supports all aspects of the property's maintenance, appearance, and service needs under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Handle service requests, preventative maintenance, capital projects, and apartment turnover processes.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to address safety hazards and cleanliness issues.
