In this role, you will assist in maintaining the facilities and performing repairs on apartments, addressing resident service requests, and adhering to safety policies. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, familiarity with HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs, and a professional demeanor. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with additional benefits.

• Assist the Service Manager in maintenance activities.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
