Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is hiring a Maintenance Technician to uphold building upkeep, safety, and resident satisfaction at our North Carolina properties. You will handle routine maintenance, respond to service requests promptly, and support make-ready processes for new residents.

The role requires 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/One Site software.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal required for refrigerants.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Assist in controlling costs by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible.
• Document maintenance work and track inventory and supplies.
• Ensure safety policies and risk-management procedures are followed.
