Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Oregon to address apartment and property maintenance tasks under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor and property manager. You will uphold customer service and curb appeal across the assigned property.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience, plus maintenance and carpentry skills. A valid driver’s license and strong safety focus are required, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry and HVAC repairs as directed.
• Perform general carpentry such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry and tile work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting and elevator systems.
• Maintain work order system and ensure resident satisfaction with timely completions.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and amenities for safety and cleanliness; identify issues.
• Assist with property emergencies and disasters as needed.
• Communicate maintenance issues to leadership promptly.
