Job summary

ZRS Management LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician in Florida to service our properties. You will perform skilled repairs in plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, and handle apartment turnover within 3–5 business days.

Maintain common areas, monitor exterior conditions, and support a preventive maintenance program. Cooperate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager while following safety rules and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Turnover maintenance in 3–5 business days with turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance including cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning windows; monitor exterior for roof, siding, and shutters issues.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility and keep inventory up to date.
• Observe safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Be available for on-call hours as needed.
