Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Jacksonville, FL. The technician will perform skilled maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, assist with turnover projects, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the property.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inventory input for tools, and collaborative work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Handle common area maintenance such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, and other issues; report needed repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance program for assigned area and maintain safe equipment conditions.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory and keep work area clean.
• Observe all safety rules and work cooperatively with team.
