Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, in close coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver timely, high-quality service to residents.

You will conduct turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days, maintain common areas, monitor exterior conditions, support a preventive maintenance program, and keep inventory records while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Effective time management and attention to detail.
• Clear communication with residents and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, appliances.
• Turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, windows).
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues; assist with preventive maintenance.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory; keep work area clean and safe.
