Westminster is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure our Atlantic Highlands properties stay safe, functional, and attractive for residents. You’ll perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, and complete make-readies for new residents.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficient with work order systems or mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro handling repairs from plumbing to electrical and appliance maintenance.
• Keep the property looking its best with painting, carpentry, and upkeep tasks.
• Tackle emergencies and rotate on-call shifts as needed.
