Westminster is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician for Atlantic Pointe Apartments in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. You’ll be responsible for repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, and you’ll handle make-readies for new residents while maintaining a safe, welcoming property.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of property maintenance or handyman experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Perform painting, carpentry and general upkeep.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; rotating on-call.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in good shape.
• Collaborate with property management to plan larger projects.
• Deliver friendly, professional resident service.
