Job summary

MetroPlains Management, LLC seeks an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to complete residential work orders and routine upkeep across multiple properties. The role covers heating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more, with emphasis on quality, safety, and timely completion.

You will be responsible for maintaining building exteriors, reporting needs, participating in site meetings, and contributing ideas for property improvements within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; one to two years related experience preferred.
• HVAC-related certifications/licenses (EPA Universal, Boilers license, Pool Certification) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties in heating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring and appliances.
• Recommend replacement or repair as necessary and ensure work is completed professionally and safely.
• Maintain attractive internal and external appearance of buildings and grounds, including debris/weed removal.
• Provide input on property improvements for budget considerations and participate in site meetings as needed.
• Work on-call evenings and weekends on a rotational basis; travel to multiple sites as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use required safety equipment at all times.
