Job summary

The Fountains Apartments, managed by CSM Corporation, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property safe and well-maintained. The role covers buildings, grounds, equipment, and resident interactions, with a standard schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm and a rotating on-call every three weeks.

Responsibilities include shop upkeep, preventive maintenance, snow removal, and timely completion of work orders, while following CSM procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer-focused and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• General computer experience preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license with safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the maintenance shop and overall property condition and cleanliness.
• Execute and document preventive maintenance for resident units, common areas and equipment.
• Perform snow removal and maintain curb appeal for competitiveness and resident welcome.
• Complete work orders and respond to emergency after-hour calls as needed.
• Safeguard maintenance equipment and supplies, and manage costs and waste.
• Follow procurement guidelines and maintain maintenance budget and inventory.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by adhering to service and loss-prevention standards.
• Collaborate with team and attend community activities as requested by the Community Manager.
