The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and willingness to work standby shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior maintenance experience or related field preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all types of maintenance projects.
• Perform electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.
• Perform plumbing work such as cleaning stoppages and replacing fittings.
• Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, and fixtures as needed.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Perform carpentry work including doors, shelves, and flooring refinishing.
• Assist in custodial and grounds work when necessary.
• Ensure stock control and proper utilization of maintenance materials.
