Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, efficient service across the property in Murfreesboro, TN. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and report to the Property Manager while maintaining safety, cleanliness and timely repairs.

Responsibilities include turnover work, routine preventive maintenance, and strong communication with residents. The role offers full-time hours with career progression to Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license with acceptable driving record & proof of auto insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other systems.
• Carry out apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, windows, etc.) and monitor exterior building issues.
• Support a preventive maintenance program and manage safety and inventory of tools/equipment.
