Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• EPA refrigerant certification (Type 1/Type 2 or universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Makes ready for new leases by inspecting, repairing, and cleaning vacant units.
• Tracks inventory and sources materials, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Documents service requests accurately for follow-up and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning, painting curbs, and signage as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
