Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician at our Riverside, CA property. You will complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with make-ready tasks to ensure units meet Greystar standards for safety and appearance.

The role requires 3–5 years of property maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license for on-site operations. Housing discounts are available to eligible employees and benefits accompany a comprehensive

Qualifications

3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance on the property per policies and safety standards.
Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
Maintains records and completes paperwork for service requests to ensure traceability.
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; supports cost-control by using parts efficiently.
Follows safety procedures and attends required training; may inspect work performed by contractors.
