Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will perform make-readies, handle work orders, coordinate vendors, maintain grounds and common areas, and follow safety policies. The role offers housing discount, a base hourly pay of $21-$23, and eligible bonus programs; standard benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate equipment on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following safety standards and code requirements.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Documents service requests accurately to enable proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and minor painting as needed.
