Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Service Technician in Pleasant Hill to keep buildings in top condition. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete make-readies for new move-ins. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Expect an on-call schedule and housing discounts where applicable. Responsibilities include documenting work orders, managing inventory, and assisting with grounds and fixture upkeep

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track materials, equipment, and inventory with the maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting tasks.
• Support cost-saving practices by repairing parts when feasible.
