Job summary

AvantStay seeks a experienced Maintenance Agent to ensure property upkeep meets company standards and legal requirements. You will troubleshoot issues, repair and upgrade home components, and conduct general improvements across our properties.

The role involves inspecting properties and grounds for safety and cleanliness, with occasional collaboration with outside contractors. Must reside within a short drive of our properties and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance, hotel, or apartment complex maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, and landscaping.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local hospitality and maintenance teams to handle requests.
• Repair furniture, unclog drains, paint, and replace broken items at properties.
• Prioritize issues for guest-ready homes and document work and billing in the system.
