Job summary

Real Property Management Metro Boston is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Avondale, MO to keep properties in top condition for residents. The role involves performing general maintenance across Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, and more, including pool upkeep and appliance care.

You will inspect units between tenants, fix issues quickly, and help maintain a welcoming living environment. You’ll interact with residents daily, requiring neat appearance and friendly, professional

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance - perform general maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, basic groundskeeping, appliance installation/maintenance, pool maintenance, and lighting.
• Customer Service - front line service, presentable appearance and friendly interaction with residents.
• What Can Be Improved? - inspect properties during work orders to identify additional improvements for residents and owners.
