Job summary

Capitol Station in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance staff member to maintain all areas of the community and surroundings in a professional manner. You will handle work orders, troubleshoot appliances, and coordinate with the Housing Manager to ready units for new residents.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of common areas, landscaping tasks, annual inspections, and responding to emergency situations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with residents and staff.
• Ability to read and follow work orders.

Responsibilities
