Job summary

Justus Property Management Inc is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to care for our housing properties in Indiana. You will perform maintenance, cleaning and painting, ensuring the property looks professional and operates smoothly for residents and guests.

You will also handle work orders, conduct inspections, and assist with turnovers and preventive maintenance while maintaining a safe, organized work environment at all times.
