Qualifications

• One (1) year minimum of prior experience or related experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to perform responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel 1-3 days; may occur weekly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and take corrective action.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to plan work and manage time.
• Knowledge of apartment building maintenance and ability to diagnose routine issues.
• Ability to operate power tools and perform minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Help maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds.
• Change bulbs, locks/keys.
• Assist with installation of appliances.
• Exterior/Interior painting and caulking; minor drywall repair.
• Physically manage painting, pressure washing, and related tasks.
• Walkthrough units to forecast repairs and create punch lists.
• Perform quality checks on systems, appliances, and aesthetics for move-in readiness.
• Assist with prep for painting, including wiring and plate work.
• Provide routine maintenance/repair on electrical and plumbing systems, A/C and heating, and appliances.
