Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping; ensure clean, safe surroundings.
• Respond to work orders from Housing Manager and assist with unit readiness.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Assist with annual inspections and emergency procedures.
• On-call 24/7 for emergencies and coordination with outside vendors as needed.
