Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Flats Off Country Club in Irving, TX. You will respond to service requests, perform plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, and ensure the property remains well-maintained while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires HVAC-related certifications (EPA 608, HVAC), strong communication, organization, and safety awareness. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification (HVAC) required for refrigerants handling.
• HVAC Certification or equivalent validating HVAC skills.
• OSHA 10/30 certification beneficial for safety.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Maintain property cleanliness and repair issues across common areas and parking lot.
• Assist Groundskeeper with service requests and landscaping issues.
• Operate tools and access company software; meet task deadlines.
