Job summary

Bedrock Property Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep by promptly addressing service requests and performing repairs across plumbing, carpentry, and appliance areas. You will work to maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living spaces for residents.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification is required for handling refrigerants.
• HVAC certification validates HVAC-specific technical skills.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is preferred for safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property including common areas, parking lots, and buildings.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and upkeep.
• Address debris, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance needs as required.
• Respond to service requests outside of normal hours when needed.
