Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property maintenance technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with the make-ready process for new move-ins. Requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience and basic electrical/plumbing skills; EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• Maintenance, or at least handyman experience required.
• Basic electrical and plumbing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards and code requirements.
• Prepares vacants for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and punch lists, coordinating vendors as needed.
• Tracks inventory and ensures materials are available, returning unused items to the proper location.
